About Mark Randall

emp001 optimisedI am a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), The Health professions Council (HPC) and The Organisation for Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP, Physio First). I graduated from The University of Southampton in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy. I joined the physiotherapy department a t the RHCH Winchester in 1998 where I have remained part of the team since, I currently work part time as a clinical specialist physiotherapist in the rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal injury. I run regular rehabilitation classes for the NHS and weekly clinics in the emergency department soft tissue injury clinic.

I am actively involved in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and physiotherapy students and have guest lectured at The University of Southampton BSc Physiotherapy Course. I developed an interest in sports injuries and worked as the lead Physiotherapist at Basingstoke town Football Club for twelve years and The Basingstoke Ice Hockey Team for two years. I have continued to help local sports people from a wide range of sports including cricket, athletics, rugby, judo and squash.

I established The Mark Randall Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in 2002 and have provided treatment and advice for a whole range of clients from everyday people, recreational and professional sports people, children and adults. I pride myself on offering evidence based treatments and rehabilitation programmes for all types of musculo-skeletal injury. I regularly attend CPD courses and national conferences.

Away from work I enjoy running, cycling and spending time with my wife and 2 young boys.
